The rental package includes the practical items a food-delivery rider normally needs to get started: a certified helmet, insulated delivery bag, phone holder, charger and lock. The rear cargo setup carries the supplied bag while the phone holder keeps navigation visible. Riders remain responsible for loading cargo securely, following NSW road rules and meeting the onboarding or safety requirements of any delivery platform they choose to use.
The bike uses a 48V 54Ah LFP battery with a built-in display. Under suitable conditions it may provide up to 8–10 hours of riding, but that is an upper estimate rather than a guaranteed shift length. Hills, rider and cargo weight, weather, assist level, stop-start riding and battery condition all affect runtime. The battery model shown on the site is covered by EESS Certificate EESS-250159-0 and assessed against IEC 62133-2:2017+A1.

Support while you rent
Maintenance and support are included for the rental period. Stop using the bike and contact the store if you notice a brake, tyre, steering, battery, charger or electrical issue. Do not modify the rental bike or arrange an unauthorised repair. Keeping the bike safe and reporting a fault early helps reduce downtime and protects the equipment you rely on for delivery work.
Before starting a shift, review our official-source summary of NSW e-bike and food-delivery rider rules.
